The wine is typically composed of 80% Tempranillo, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Merlot, although this blend can vary. It is aged for up to 24 months in small barriques, 33% of which are new. About 14,000 cases are produced annually, which corresponds to approximately 21 hl ha. High quality requirements are set, and a careful selection is made for the
